Shipping Policy

When possible, I aim to ship items within 24-48 hours of your order.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Face masks are shipped 1st class mail (Priority Mail is available if you choose it at checkout), and our main shipment days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow up to 14 business days for your 1st Class mail order to arrive. You will receive tracking info for Priority Mail shipments.

 

If you are local within the Twin Cities, I am happy to make arrangements for either pick up or drop off,
and am happy to refund your shipping charges. Please email me to make arrangements.

Return & Exchange Policy

My aim is customer satisfaction. If an item doesn't fit as expected, please be in touch, as I want you to be 100% satisfied, and am happy to work with you to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, in new and unused/unworn condition. It's always advisable to insure and track your package with your preferred shipping method. We’ll email to let you know when your item is received and the original purchase price (less shipping charges) will be returned to your original form of payment.
